Box Level
Nippon Pulse now offers even more options for control, with new advanced box controllers. These high-performance motion controllers can control up to four axes of movement in a convenient all-in-one package.
Nippon Pulse provides two types of standalone controller boxes so you can find the perfect fit for your application:
- The FMAX can control up to four axes of movement, with built-in X-Y servo drivers
- The PMX series is available in two- and four-axis configurations, with options for Ethernet, USB and RS-485 serial communication
Both types of box controllers can be utilized with stepper and servo motors, and are ideal for applications such as robotics, laser cutting/engraving, and linear stage applications, including microscopes and scanners. Both series of controllers allow for on-the-fly parameter adjustment, S-curve and trapezoidal motion profiles, and linear interpolation capabilities; the four-axis controllers are also capable of circular interpolation, and most can be operated via joystick.
