Compact Stepper Motor Driver Technology
The Nippon Pulse AD1431 stepper motor driver boards provide an advanced and economical solution for driving stepper motors. The AD1431 is a constant current driver board designed for 2-phase bipolar stepper motors. It includes advanced features including selectable microstepping excitation for vibration reduction, auto-current reduction to prevent excess heating during motor stops, and opto-isolated inputs for advanced control. The driver operates on an input voltage of 12 – 24 Vdc with a switch selectable output current of 0.11 to 1.2 amps per phase.
