The Nippon Pulse linear servo motor nanopositioning linear stages offer the accuracy of piezo driven stages and the speed and performance of servo stages. SCR series stages produce extremely accurate results with no loss in stability, regardless of the complexity of the motion profile.
With a simple, lightweight, compact shaft-type linear motor comprising only a magnet and a coil, these stages attain large drive force with an efficient and short coil length, allowing for high speed and high precision applications. Because there is no friction, there is no sound or dust, making the motor maintenance-free.
