SCR075 Nanopositioning Series Linear Stage
Nippon Pulse's SCR nanopositioning stage offers the accuracy of piezo stages with the speed and performance of servo stages. The series has integrated cross-roller guides and a built-in optical linear encoder that includes standard home limit switches. SCR series stages have nanometer resolution.
The SCR series includes Nippon Pulse's Linear Shaft Motor and contains all encoder and motor cables within the stationary base and are designed so there is no need for them to bend or flex.
