Nippon Pulse America, Inc. (NPA) is located in a 5,000 square foot facility in Radford, Virginia, to service customers in North and South America with motion control products from controllers (chip level and board level) to drivers (chip level and board level) to stepping motors (rotary and linear tin-can and hybrid) and linear servomotors. The facility also houses a Model Shop which allows us to provide our customers with quick turnaround (typically 24-business hours after receiving an order) on prototypes and a small quantity of our tin-can stepping motors. NPA also maintains a small quantity stock of our hybrid stepping motors, controllers (board and chip), and drivers (boards and chips) to allow quick turnaround on these products.
For high volume customers, NPA also offers a stocking program for just-in-time delivery requirements. To expedite delivery timeframes, NPA warehouses larger product quantities in Brisbane, California, once they have been shipped from overseas.
